1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise noted.

Estimated processing times:

  • Original Artwork (Unframed): 1–3 weeks
  • Framed Artwork (including Masterworks Frames): 2–4 weeks
  • Prints: 5–10 business days

Framed pieces may require additional time for finishing, curing, and protective packaging.


2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Shipping method is selected based on size, weight, value, and destination.

For higher-value or framed artwork:

  • Shipments typically include insurance and signature confirmation

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.

Due to the size, weight, and specialized handling required for fine art and custom frames:

  • Larger or framed pieces may incur higher shipping costs
  • Custom quotes may be provided for oversized or crated shipments

4. Packaging & Crating

All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Unframed artwork may be shipped:

  • Flat with protective layers
  • In reinforced boxes

Framed artwork (including Masterworks Frames) may be shipped:

  • In heavy-duty, reinforced packaging
  • With corner protection and cushioning
  • In custom-built crates for larger or high-value pieces

Crating is used when necessary to provide maximum protection during transit and is reflected in shipping costs.


5. Delivery

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided.

A shipment is considered delivered when marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Ensuring a secure delivery location
  • Being available for delivery if a signature is required

Heather Graham Fine Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


6. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heathergrahamart@gmail.com.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The artwork (front and back)
  • The damage
  • All packaging materials (including box or crate)

Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

Failure to provide timely notice and documentation may affect eligibility for a claim.


7. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may require additional shipping fees to resend.


9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on size, framing status, or availability.
